Hi Everyone,
I am in serious tears as I type this letter. I need advise on what to do because I am so confused right now on what to do. I came into the Uk as a student and got married along the line ,now with three kids. I applied with my family on the grounds of FGM{female genital mutilation}which my husband family were insisting she be circumcised as regards their tradition. I was first discriminated for not being circumcised and wanted to separate us. But glad it never worked.so while I filed in the application my daughter developed a very rare cancer called RETINOBLASTOMA (group E) which involved one eye being removed.so we got letters from the hospital, health visitors, social workers to forward to the home office. With all the letters our application was later refused and insisted we travel back to our home country. Meanwhile the 3kids were born here in the uk. the eldest will be 6years this month of January. We were told we could appeal the case which we did. We went and the judge was very harsh on me and the lawyer, he didn't give us room to talk. He insisted we go back and stop being a burden on the uk government. We filed in another appeal to the upper tribunal. We were granted cos they discovered there was an error of law in the judgement of the first judge. We went for the appeal yesterday.to be honest my lawyer was a bit rude on the judge, so the judge dismiss my appeal and said we should go home based on my lawyers reaction..my first son is going to be 6years.so confused what do I do. I need every advise please so we are not taken back home.
