Hello gurus,
I needed advice on tier 1 visa .
Just a Brief information about me and my girlfriend
We had been staying in this country from last 4 years .
I was on tier 4 visa for full 4 years and my girlfriend first 2 years were on tier4 visa and then shifted to tier 5 visa Then this month on 13th may 2018 we both went to India and we both thinking of applying for a tier 1 enterpreuner visa from India .
After coming through the guidelines on the UKVI
It has come to my notice that I am little confused in regards to “seed funding “ VC option applying from India .
As I will be shifting from tier 4 visa to tier 1 entrepreneur visa I just want to ask is that option abvailable for me ?
Also, applying from outside UK through vc option
Is that valid for me .
We both want to apply for tier 1 visa from outside UK through VC
As the guidelines on the website
Little confusing for me .
Pls get back to me
Thanks

If you are switching from Tier 4 to T1E from within the UK, the VC option is not available.
If you are applying for a new visa from outside UK, it is available

While the government has announced the intent to change the Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa, no announcement has been made on the dates yet nor are the details available.
However, it will be there in some form - start up visa and innovator visa is what the government is talking about.

Hello to all the entrepreneur gurus !
I have been in london for 4 years on tier 4 visa
ie bachelors and Masters in international business management. My visa expires on 31st January 2019.
I am planning to go back to my home country India and apply for for tier 1 entrepreneur visa .
So, my question is in regards to that ?
I can either have £200,000 in my account or
Have £200,000 through a third party funding
In either of the case
Do I need to keep the money in the account for 90 days ??
Or even if the money is in the account for 7 days it can work out .
Also,
The maintenance funds
That has to be kept for 90 days or not ??
Thanks

If investment funds are in your account, it has to have been there for 90 days.
Maintenance funds need to be there for 90 days

If it is third party, there is no 90 day requirement

As far as I am aware, yes. But you should always check yourself for any changes before applying.

Hello to the entrepreneur guruji ,
Just want to confirm if there are 2 partners applying for a Tier 1 visa from India can we show the maintenance funds in a joint account summing to £5000. There will be 3 account holders i.e 2 business partners and third person is the parent of one business partner. Let me know if this will be accepted.
Thanks
