T1GE (maintenance - money)

Hello everyone,

I need some advice about my T1GE application visa which I am going to submit soon.

Unfortunately, I missed the day when I needed to put maintenance money into my saving account.
Now, my problem is the 90 days will be finished 37 days after my current visa ends, so I had to leave the UK and apply for my visa outside the UK once the 90 days is finished. I am just trying to find a way to not leave the UK and apply from inside the UK.

So I am just wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation or if there are any suggestions on how to extend my current visa for more 37 days.

Any help would be really appreciated.

You can't extend your visa in any other way.

If you have some accounts overseas to make up the 37 days, that should be acceptable.

Otherwise, you will just have to apply and send in the revised bank statement with 90 days as soon as you cross 90 days. It is not clear that it will work as the rules specify that it has to be 90 days on date of application. But it is worth trying. If it gets refused, you can reapply from within the country at that point if you have continued to maintain the maintenance funds. There is no need to apply from outside just for this.
