Dependent Vistor Visa for Parents on ICT Tier 2

Post by DpkUK » Wed Jan 16, 2019 5:07 pm

Hi,

I am currently on ICT Tier 2 Visa which is valid till end of March 2019. Visa will be renewed to 6 more months till the start of October 2019 and process will start at end of Feb 2019 at my office.I am planning to get my parents here for 2 months, Please advise on below:

1. Is there any criteria for minimum number of months for which the Visa has to be valid for applying Dependent Visitor Visa for parents

2. From my scenario when is the best time to apply for Visa

Thanks in advance :)

Please don't post general visitor visa questions in the Tier 2 sub forum. Topic moved to the General Immigration subforum.

2. There is no such visa category as 'dependent visitor visa'. As you DO NOT hold ILR, they have to apply for a Standard visitor visa and meet all the requirements themselves, i.e. documentary evidence of strong ties to home country.
