Documents for ILR application (10 years route)

We are about to apply for my wife’s ILR through the 10 year route and I will be very grateful for your advice on documents required. I have looked at various sources online but not proving to be very straightforward.

My wife’s situation is as follows-
a. Arrived: September 2008, Students visa
b. Renewed: September 2011, PSW visa
c. Married: October 2013, Spouse Visa (Spouse on Tier 1)
d. Has been on Spouse Visa ever since

Note: Spouse (myself) is no longer on Tier 1 but a British citizen since January 2018.

Please advise on what documents are required, either from my wife or from me.
