Sponsorship letter for partner parents to visit UK for 1 month

Firstly, apologies if this Is the wrong category to post and do advise me the right section.

Ii need to sponsor my partners parents to visit the UK from Pakistan for one month. I understand what information is required of me however I have a two part question.

I'm in a situation where I need to understand what process stated below is the best way to proceed.

1) my partner nationality is Pakistani but has an ILR and rents privately. She's also a student and works part time. She has savings and ofcourse can accomedate 2 people.

2) I am a British citizen working full time and savings. Currently live with family In a full capacity house hold.

Is it best that I got for 1 that she apply sponsorship for her parents but knowing full well she is a student Or 2 me applying but in terms of accomedation we are a sill house and the visa lot will query this.

Or can I specify in my sponsorship that although I'm sponsoring her parents, they will live at her address and not mine. Is this even allowed?

What’s the reason you don’t both live in the same property?

We are currently not married yet. The purpose of my other half's parents to come over is to attend her wedding and then she will live with me thereafter.
