Forgot to add my 2nd given name? pls advise

hi - i just realised that in my online naturalisation application - i put my name and surname but forgot to add my 2nd given name ... i dont know how i missed that!!!

could this affect the application and the process?

You should write to UKVI with your reference stating the facts (send by signed-for mail and keep copy). Your certificate might show the incorrect name compared to your passport, which may give an issue when you apply for your British passport. Your name needs to be correct across all documents.

i really hope they can change that in their system... such a silly oversight!

i also thought about writing an explanation letter and submitting along with the other documents when doing the biometrics but don't know if UKVI would take this? or they stick only to the required supporting documents?

Suggest you mention the mistake at your appointment and see what they suggest.
