Delay uk spouse visa application

Dear all,

I’ve applied for my uk visa application in April 2018 and I’m still waiting to date,
I’ve done everything including calls , paid emails also MP wrote twice to home office but everything went in vain,
This month in January we have filed Pre action protocol and also included the letter from doctor mentioning my husband is depressed

I’m still waiting - please advise or any past same experiences you’ve had
I’ll reallt appreciate your support

Hey thanks for the response,
I’m aware about it but my question is has anyone filed PAP and do you think it helps?
Or if there are any other options I can consider!!
