Spouse visa - Tenancy agreement / Utility Bills

Hello.

I've recently brought my wife to the UK with spouse visa. We are now in the process of changing address, and looking for a studio flat as we do not want to struggle financially.

Can we rent a place where utility bills are not separate but included in the rent? And this is written in the tenancy contract as well. Unfortunately most studios in London are inclusive of bills. Some of them have council tax separate only.

3. There is NO mandatory requirement that you MUST have bills in either of your names. You will simply have to get other documents for extension stage to prove cohabitation.
