ILR related query

Hi Team

I have few queries w.r.t to ILR.

I came to UK in DEC 2014 on Tier2 General visa and my ILR is due in DEC 2019.

My queries are:-

1. Can I work from India remotely for (UK company am working) few days when I go to India for annual leave (lets say I go to India for 35 days , took annual leaves for 25 days and worked 10 days from India), is this allowed ?

2. Can I go to Europe on company trainings(for 1-2 weeks) ?

3. Can I go to Europe for vacation and work 1-2 days remotely ?

4. My wife joined me in Dec2016, can I apply for her visa extension along with my ILR application ?

5. I travelled to Ireland for vacation for 6 days in 2015, but I do not have any tickets/boarding pass etc. Is this something to worry about as for return there is no stamp on the passport? I do have hotel accommodation bills when I was back in UK and stayed in hotel for company trips, also my bank statement shows purchase from various grocery stores done, cash taken out from Different cash machines in UK.

Just to add in any year I have not crossed limit of 180 days and well under it.
