Set (LR) application question regarding holidays out of UK

Hi, on my settlement application I have listed a 7 week period which I spent out of the UK as it seemed significant enough to mention. Do I need to mention every single period spent out of the UK?

For ILR based on long residence, you are required to list EVERY absence from the UK.

Thanks for your reply. I haven't done this. And my application has been submitted via the new system. Should I try to upload it as additional information?

Do a spreadsheet and upload yes.
