Spouse visa - filing for divorce.

Post by fahiye85A$ » Tue Jan 22, 2019 8:07 am

HELP

I write to inform you that as the visa sponsor, I would like to curtail / cancel the sponsorship of my spouses visa - my wife has left my home (on her own accord) and she will not be returning.

I am the sponsor of my wife.
I want to tell the Home Office that our relationship has ended. We are staying separately my ex partner decided to separately and leave me as soon she got her 2/5 years VISA from the UK immigration department and VISA.

On the morning of Monday 21 January 2018 and while I was at work, my wife left my home without informing me or any of my family. She took with her, her passport and all her belongings – She is currently staying with relatives I have constantly tried to reconcile with her since she left, even visiting her new residence in Bristol
on Sunday 20 January(yesterday).

I now feel that I have tried everything to persuade her to come back and salvage our marriage and all efforts have fallen on deaf ears. Following my visit to her in Bristol, it became clear to me that she had no intention to continue with our marriage. In fact, I got the feeling that our wedding had all been orchestrated in attempt to give her Sponsorship to stay in the UK –

I would strongly encourage you to scrutinize any new application that is made by her to stay  in  the UK curtailment and I would like the home office to cancel the Visa

You are also required to complete a consent form. See the info in the link below:

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
