ILR query - Paternity Leave

Hi Guys,

I'm planning to apply my ILR shortly on Tier 2 General route. I was outside uk on paternity leave in Dec 2018 . My absence letter from the employer also mentions this .

I came across below question while applying ILR online.

Are you on maternity, paternity, shared parental or adoption leave?

Do I need to answer this as Yes or No ? As I'm currently not on the paternity leave anymore.

I got paid Ordinary Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP) for two weeks for this absence

I think the question is about whether you are currently on maternity/paternity leave or not as it is asking 'Are you' rather than were you.
I might be wrong

Yeah even I felt the same but just wanted to confirm . Has anyone been in the similar situation?
