I'm planning to apply for my second period of FLR(m) after 4 months.

My spouse visa was been granted on 15th September 2016, and will expire on 14th June 2019.
I came to UK on 7th October 2016.

So I'm wondering :

1_ what is exactly the earliest and latest date to apply for FLR ?

2_ Do I need to translate the divorce certificate again? Or only can use the same that I used for spouse visa.

1. 28 days before of completing 30 months but preferably apply very close to date of expiry on BRP to avoid any shortfall in achieving ILR in future.

2. No further translation will be needed and if accepted initially then will be accepted again.

Is it okay to use bank statements that the bank use to post every month ?
I have had all bank statements from June.
So from June to May will be 12 months statements.

They are 3, but only one is under 18 , the rest are over 18 (20 and 23 years old)

And do I need their passports number and their and their parents birth certificates?

They're British citizen. Not applying, and Independents..
