Any one received response of Review Request. Plz Respond.

Dear Members.

I have faxed review request on 29-12-04 but still not received any response yet.

1). Plz share ur experience of review request response if any one received specially JK.

I am planning to send paid appeal if d'nt receive any response before 20 March bcoz from 1 April HSMP Fee will be 315.

2). Is it OK to send paid appeal while my review request is pending in HO ?

did you receive any confirmation from them that they received the review fax. there is something awfully dodgy with their faxes, phones, emails, so you could be sitting waiting while they havent actually got your fax

This is an E-Mail received on 16-02-05 from HSMP team.
They received my review on 05-01-05 and confirmed.
I am very much worried. I have sent them emails but no response yet after 21 Feb 2005.

My advisor has sent a review letter last week and he thinks that it should take Home Office no more than 1-2 weeks to take a decision. no answer till now but hope to have their decision next week.

I am also in the same baot. I have sent my review on 19th February 05 and not received any confirmation. I phoned and they confirmed it has been received on 21st February 05. I have not yet received any confirmation through email.

I am planning to sent paid review immediately. I think it is ok. They will consider paid review when free reviews are on.

Hi saseendra,

Please can you share that phone number, Fax number and email of the HO. I will also send them a request so that it will create some pressure on HO and they try to speed up.

Dear Zia
In fact my advisor has arranged the documents and written the review letter. I am not sure if it is just a review or paid review as I am from country exempt from payment. But anyway I have submitted new documets and hope the HSMP team to consider them. Will write when I have the HSMP team decision.
