FLR m - Salaried - Varied income

Post by Amrelkafoury » Sat Jan 26, 2019 5:26 pm

Hello everyone 😊

I have got a bit of tricky question n hope someone can help?

I will be renewing my spouse visa in cpl of months and will be combing my and my partner’s salaries (Salaried + Non salaried employment) - hope this is fine?

I am in salaried employment and gets £15462 a year.

My partner is in Non-Salaried employment and earns on average after I did the right calculation around £16000 a year.

In theory - we are fine as we earn £31462 a year.

However, my question is - I had 3 days off as UNPAID SICK this month so my monthly basic pay in my payslip is less than the usual, so instead of £1288.50 is £1100. And it does not say anything about unpaid sick in the payslip - just the basic pay is reduced.

Would that cause any issues??

Answers will be really appreciated as I started to feel anxious really about this.

Many thanks 🙏🏽
