Newstylee@i had stamp4 eufam before i came in 2006 as a student.

@Mark_ir My solicitor advising to me apply under Student scheme as well because I arrive as student in 2007. I do not even know that I am eligible or not and Not even solicitors and MRCI knows who is eligible, very grey area. And if I applied what will happen to my Zambrano Application.

Newstylee@ under the terms of student scheme we are not eligible as we were changed our immigration status once.so we have to wait for zambrano decision.

So 2weeks ago we wrote to INIS to at least return my passport and they respond that they still doing verification on it. Verification on a national passport since Dec 2017 hmm just praying and hoping they don't misplace it.

wifeofaking@department are very slow some reason for zambrano type of application.hope you get something good from them.

All the other stuff so hoping they will just make a decision already as passport will expire soon

I applied based on ibc in feb 21 ,2018 and get one year stamp in June 22 ,2018
After one year they will renewal my visa again 1 year or they can give me more then 1 years -
And can I apply for citizenship after 3 years

Where did you apply? Did you get your stump from local gnib office or from inis??
What was your stamp before your zambrano permission??
As far i know you cannot apply cotizenship before 5 years on zambrano also you get 1 year stamp every year

Fist application was dependent and it’s refused

No I don’t have visa before this stamp .i am married with British citizens and my daughter get Irish passport-

Unfortunately no approval yet,they are dealing my case very slow.
As i can see from our other post you have applied for student scheme.
Is there have any possibility to consider your case under student scheme.i also applied this month without have any hope.
