Tier 2 visa extention delayed due to copfs decision delay

Hello everyone,

Did anyone have to wait for uk tier 2 visa extention by HO while a breach of peace ( street argument)case was pending decision with the copfs ( Scotland)?
If yes how much time did the copfs take to come back with a decision ..
It has been more than 6 months since the argument ( breach of peace) incident took place.
Any information is highly appreciated.

Hello,

Yes we applied in Oct 2018.Got a response from HO in Dec 2018 stating they cannot make a decision until they know what is the outcome of copfs decision..
