Changing jobs

Post by kasmazali » Wed Jan 30, 2019 10:35 am

Hi I’m hoping someone can help me, the situation is my husband is a non eu national and we are going to apply for his settlement visa. I have just accepted a new job.

Can I apply for his visa whilst working my notice at my current position?
I have been with my current employer earning 44k per year can I apply using 12 months payslips and my contract and offer letter from the new job or should I wait until the end of March and apply with 11 payslips from this employer and 1 from the new?
