Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur - Working Restrictions

Hi all, I have applied for tier 1 graduate entrepreneurship visa. Right now I am applying for jobs and contacting with recruitment agencies. However, unfortunately, until now, their reaction to my visa is like they have never heard of and dealt with that visa and they are not sure whether there is a need for sponsorship or not. Even though I try to convince them and describe that there is no need for sponsorship as it is under the category of Tier 1, all my applications were literally rejected once they realised I will be under that visa. Please, can someone suggest me an agency who has the experience finding jobs for people under this visa category or any kind of other solution to help me find a job? I will really appreciate your kind help. regards.

This is an immigration forum not a job hunting forum. Tier 1GE is granted for one year and it is done so for you primarily develop your business. Extension requires you to demonstrate this. Most employers will not be interested to hire someone particularly on a permanent basis with on a visa like Tier 1GE
