Hi everyone
I'm hoping someone can help me or had the same case
I am asking this question behalf of my friend who has been married for nearly three years 3y with EEA (hungarian )and last year his wife got the british passport so they have given him 5 years visa
the question is
Is he entitled now for ILR after his wife holding british passport or he has to wait the 5 years ?

They don’t normally give a five year visa without receiver making an application for it.

What application did he make?

His immigration history would help.

I don’t think he may apply for ILR yet.
