T1E 200k Extension - Job Creation

Dear All, I have been granted Entry Clearance under T1E 200k in March 2017. The initial application took 18 months hence I didn't move to UK before September 2017 as I had to wrap up things back home. The company however was created in April 2017.

I have been actively doing e-commerce business since I have moved. Unfortunately due to some domestic commitments, I haven't had a chance to hire any employees. The things are settled now + the business is better as well (turnover till Dec 18: 300k+ & directors loan till Dec 18: 160k).

The current leave is valid till July 2020. I would like to understand,

• if I understand correctly, I can lodge/delay my extension application until the last day of the validity of my leave. when is the earliest I can lodge the extension application?

• starting in Feb/March 2019, I can still fulfil the 2 FT Job Creation before filing my application? just need to make sure I haven't left it for too late due circumstances out of my hand.

I assume the period between the issue of entry clearance and entering the UK is less than 180 days.

There is no earliest. The advice is certainly apply before the expiry of leave

You need two positions in your company that existed for at least 12 months each. I suggest to hire for the positions soon

Yes, I did enter within 2 weeks of the issuance of entry clearance to form the company & to collect BRP. Didn't formally move to UK till September 2017.
