Mistake in Online Application Form for UKVI Spouse Visa

Post by noumankhanniazi » Thu Jan 24, 2019 8:03 pm

Hey Guys!!!

I have submitted my Online Application form in Nov-18 and did my biometrics in the same month and submitted the online application and all the supporting documents. Recently I have received my original documents back with a confirmation letter that they have scanned them.

But I recently come to know that there is a mistake in my Online Application, in the application they have asked whether I travelled to any other country in last ten year and I have said "No" whereas I went to Saudi Arabia last year which I forgot to mention.

Can anybody can tell me if I can do anything about it, and what to expect

peace <3

Hi,

I would recommend you send them an email explaining this in details. So they can’t say anything that you haven’t contacted them or anything like that.

Thanks for replying dear.

I have talk to my solicitor about the subject matter. He says i don't have to worry about it as i have submitted all of my passports and one of them has the visa of my last journey. He says they'll consider it as "Innocent Mistake. " because there wasn't any intention of deception or fabrication.
I hope so it'll be done without any issues. Insha'Allah

Shouldn't it be taken so light rather sending a covering letter explaining that may work.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
