ILR application without British passport holder partner documents.

Hi,

I am on PBS dependent Visa. My husband holds a British passport. We have 2 kids, elder one is on PBS Visa as myself and the younger one is British passport holder.
I would like to apply for ILR as I have completed 5 and half years in UK. My query is
Can I apply ILR for myself and my son without my husbands documents or bank statements.
I am self employed and have maintenance in my account.
If it is possible to apply ILR basing on my younger son's British passport what all documents do I need to provide.

You need to provide evidence of cohabitation and subsisting relationship etc.

There is no maintenance fund requirement for ILR.

No you cannot apply for ILR based on a British child as you don't hold that category of visa.
