Post by Tassnim » Tue Feb 05, 2019 11:58 pm

Hello everyone

I would like to know please if the test I used for entry as spouse in June 2016 is still valid for the next visa which is further leave to remain that I will apply to soon
The test I had is key English test level A2 and it was done in March 2014

Was not it valid for 2 years?

If you took it on march 2014 then should be expired on march 2016 so you have to retake it

If the test & centre is still on HO list then it should work despite its expired.

I’ve just looked at the tests acceptable as CR001 said, is A2 level not acceptable for further leave to remain visa? In the college website they said it is!

Could you please answer me so I can book my test

Thank you in advance

If you are applying further leave to remain on spouse 5 year route leading to settlement then you have three options

1) IELTS Life Skills A2

OR

2) GESE grade 3 booked through trinity college
https://www.trinitycollege.com/site/?id=3600
OR

Foreign degree taught in english plus Naric assessment letter
