She will have to submit evidence of co-habitation for the 2.5 year period spent on her present FLR(M) visa. You need either 6 pieces of evidence in joint names spread evenly over the 2.5 year period, or 6 each if all in single names.
Any documents with name, date and address will be accepted.
You also need to submit the most recent 6 months of payslips + the corresponding bank statements as proof that you meet the £18,600 p.a minimum income level.
B1 level English + a pass in the Life in the UK test.
