Property Inspection Report

Post by MJAI1987 » Wed Feb 06, 2019 8:30 pm

Evening,

I am after a bit of advice for my husbands application. We are applying for a spouse visa (he is in Pakistan). I am trying to get documents together.
I own my own home on mortgage. I have title deeds and mortgage statements as well as my original letter from solicitor when I purchased my house in 2011. It is a 3 bedroom house. I have friends that were previously tenants living with me. They are a couple. Both working and occupy 1 of the 3 rooms. They are happy to provide me with a written statement to state that our relationship is genuine as my husband was overstayer and when we had Islamic nikkah he started living with me. He then left voluntarily.
My question is- do I still need a property inspection report detailing the house? If so, can anyone who is a chartered surveyor provide me with this?
Many thanks for your help guys !

Because you are sharing with other non-related adults that's why will definitely need the property inspection report.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

An Islamic ceremony performed in the UK won't be recognised by HO. Have you "married" again abroad?
