Hi everyone i just registered on this site.i applied my case on august 2017 on basis of my child 19 ten year route my son is care of his meternal aunt there are social services involved aswell in my case anyway i have been see my son regularly with supervised contact home office asked lots of documents and i have been providing them whatever they asked at the end they asked DNA i have sent them all this time social services was happy with me n they back off they said now you dont need us you can go anytime to see your son with the arrangements of carare.home office sent letter to ask about contact with my son they said i can see my son anytime n we backing off thn i made carare to write a letter for me that you dont have any issue with me and i can come anytime to see my son she wrote letter n i sent to home office but still waiting for reply someone said to me go to MP n get a letter from MP send to home office they will reply you
Is any one can help me or give me advice what is the best thing to do
