Pay the outstanding JR fine. They are in rights not to consider paperwork if there's debt outstanding.

Send the consultant letter too with a cover note marking it as urgent. Make a copy for yourself. Best wishes.

Husband's timeline - overstayer 11 yrs
08/16 - FLR (FP) Partner, refused 02/18, 03/18 - JR permission refused with merit
08/18 - FLR FP (Partner) PSC - Approved
07/20 - FLR FP to FLR M Switch - Approved, 03/23 FLR M Ext Approved.

How long do I need to wait more ??
It’s been exact 11 days from now & they said that they will do the decision promptly once documents recieved
Is it coz of the outstanding jr fees ??
I have paid that one 12th
As far as I have seen people gets results in 2-3 working days after sending additional documents ??

Dear all,

Can anyone recommend a good barrister to act in our case at the hearing? I have decided to prepare the bundle myself and parted ways with my solicitor. I need to contact a barrister via direct access so if anyone here has experienced good service from a Barrister(even if it's been arranged by their solicitors), would you please provide a reference so I could contact them?

I'm not sure if recommendations are allowed on this forum, if not, apologies.

If anyone can also share their experience preparing their own bundle, tips would be much appreciated.

Many thanks!

Hi all, wanted to share my story.
We had our hearing on 7 year route in June 2019But we did not want to waist time till then also my solicitor advised to go for super priority just for my son which we did on 12th feb and got visa the next day. Now applied for reconsideration, also got email from home office that reply can be expected within two weeks.
Got email from home office today saying appeal is withdrawn and visa will be granted😁😁😁
Good luck to everybody!!!!!!!
It is worth paying for super priority rather than waiting months on appeal.

Hello Guys.

I applied for Flr -fp 10year rule around June 2017 bases on living with with my partner.

I received refunds of IHS fee of £500 I paid for the application back to into my account, I did not receive any letter from Home office.

Application was made in the UK, overstayed for more than 12 years.

Any body with this experience before.

A full IHS refund usually means a refusal of the application.

I applied in August 16th aswell and still not heard anything from them, but I got a letter with my biometric saying my application is complex in nature. Maybe that's why they are taking there time.

Hello everyone I need a bit of advice. I applied as the parent of a British citizen in February 2018. I was granted a 6 months BRP in October the same year the HO stated I did not qualify to apply as parent of a British child because I was having contact issues as I was still attending court hearings but consideration had been given to my private life hence the reason of the 6 months Brp. My understanding is that I have to apply again 28 days before my Brp expires but the HO got in touch with my work saying I got the visa, I got the court order granting me access to my child this was after the HO issued the 6 months BRP. At the moment I have filled in the application form online. So how come can the HO phone to my work saying I was granted the visa when I am just about to apply again now I have the court oder? I'm completely lost help please.
