Does anyone no if we make the payment at the end of Flr (m) form do we have to download the application form as well with the consent and send the form in post as well or we just have to send the supporting doc... help will be appriciated...thx
And is the application form received by home office when you make the payment if yes no acknowledgemeny received other then payment...

Ya i no one have to fill form online but you can still send your supporting doc to home office by post if you select existing service... all i want to no is tht do i have to take the prints of application form and send it with the supporting doc or i only have to send the supporting doc??? As it only says download application for your record...thx

Then why not you send one copy of form along with supporting documents for just incase.

You don't need to send a printout version of the application form along with the supporting documents.
