Dear All,
I would like to thank you all for help before starting the thread on this, I do appropriate any and every help.
Just to give you a bit of a background I am an Indian National and were to get married in Aug 2016, and due to visa requirement at the time had to do the court marriage process in Jan 2016 to assure the partners family of taking the bride with me to the UK after the religious wedding in Aug 2016.
But when the girl came as per the law then to activate the visa within a month of receiving the Visa we realised that the case was of infidelity and hence had to cut the ties off.
Due to many unwanted pressures we had to do it on the terms of the girls family, I have now finally accepted the ordeal and have started to think of life beyond and so was going through the divorce paper work which happen to have a big mistake or a blunder.
The document says married in 2015 sometime in Oct where as my marriage certificate submitted during the PBS dependent visa for the girl said Jan 2016.
I am conscious when i submit my new application when i do eventually get married this can be a big issue as the divorce document has a different marriage date to the certificate date. The dates can only be rectified by reopening the marriage divorce case with the girl and that is near an impossible task.
Is there a way I can sort this issue out without get involved with my ex.
As I am not sure what all does the home office check on new spouse visa data.
1. I know the divorce and marriage should not overlap. ( This is not the case)
2. I have salary far more than £18,500
3. I have my own house i live in with 3 bedrooms. ( Enough space to accommodate her)
I believe i cover all the points to sponsor a spouse except for one issue as mentioned above:
Summarising:
Marriage date in the marriage certificate submitted during first marriage is different to the divorce papers marriage date. ( It was done on purpose i believe my ex but I can't reopen the case and go though hell again as she will never want to make my life easier)
Please Help!!
Thank Again.
