Query regarding tier1 (Qualification Assessment)

Hi,

This query is regarding Tier application. I am applying from India.

I have a query regarding Qualification assessment, in any anyone can advice me.

I have done my B.Tech in ECE but due to illness I could not give all my final sem exams. I joined the college in 2001 but was able to complete in 2006 (instead of 2005). In PBS-VAP9A, section 3.1 of Qualification Assessment, there are 2 columns:

Duration of Study
Year of Award

Could you please advice me what should I put there to avoid any confusion. Also, should I put any additional note mentioning this?

Currently I have mentioned:-

Duration of Study - 2001 to 2005
Year of Award - 2006

Can anyone advice me if this is ok.

Seems like ok to me. Explain your position in the cover letter. In my opinion, duration of study pertains to the duration of course not to the actual time one spent in completing it.

I have a addition que here in the 9A 6.5 its asking the specific dates i.e. DDMMYYYY start date and end date for Duration of study, so what could be the correct ANS. As i have to mention similar dates in both the ques (3.1 and 6.5)

Section 3.1 doesn't ask for exact dates.
Section 6.5 is for English language requirements. Have you used the self-assessment tool to ascertain if you fulfill english language requirements on basis of your qualification?? Or are you assuming that it will automatically be the case??
