You don't have 10 years legal stay. You have been an overstayer since 2016 after all your appeal rights were exhausted.

You have also made many 'frivolous and vexatious' applications and this can also be a reason for HO to refuse applications.

What is the EXACT refusal wording in the letter HO sent you??
