Post by sohail123 » Fri Jun 13, 2008 12:08 am

hi people

this is the first time i am posting on this forum, and hope i will get help

basically i am in a situation where i am getting docs together so that i can apply for a visa for my wife who is pakistan

so at the moment these are the docs i have, can someone pls check and advice if i am ready to apply, u see my wife is pregnant and i am missing her so i dont want it to get refused!!.

i have

1. 9 weeks payslips( get paid cash as i work as a perm staff for my fathers business)
2. 3 months bank stmt stating cash paid in weekly, and some outgoings, i have savings of about 1100 pounds
3. sponsor letter
4. accomodation letter
5. copy of passport and entry/exit stamps
6. letter for perm employer
7. phone cards
8. wedding photos

in pakistan my wife is going to include

1. original and translated marriage certificate
2. copy of her own passport
3. copy of her and my National ID card(NICOP in my case)
4. tb test report

will this be enough??

also wanted to ask that my wife is pregnant, do i need to tell ECO about that also or ..., and i dont have a P60 as this is my first full time perm job.

And also is it extremely necesaryto include at least 3 months payslips or can i just work at about 9 or 10 weekly payslips with a letter confirming perm employment , also i have good saving of around 1100 pounds.

pls hep and advice

thanks
