withdrawn refusal decision

Hi,
I applied for spouse visa last year in july19 but my family visa refused because of a little bit confusion and i did an appeal but after 3 months i received an email from the HO your decesion has been withdrawn but now it has been 4 weeks passed when i received the email from HO there in no any update or progress i recived from them i was aspecting HO will asked within 3 weeks for submit the passport for visa.
Any body who can help for this situation what i need to do.
