Visa for family member

Post by LondonBridge » Sat Feb 23, 2019 4:15 pm

Hello

I have been granted ILR under Set(DV). I want to apply Visa for my mother who is in India.

1) which Visa to apply?

2) can I sponsor her visa? If yes do I need to fulfill financial requirements? I am on benefits.

3) If no can she apply for herself and give my details?

4) what are the chances of approval?

Thank you.

She applies for a standard visitor visa. She must submit evidence of strong ties to home country.
