Ok no worries.
Well i will be applying for my mother, she is in lahore Pakistan. I will be applying the same Eea family permit on the basis of my wife, european citizen as you did.
I am doing online application on her behalf from here and then she will go to gerrys office in lahore to submit whatever the documents are.
Firstly can you tell me the list of documents required A-Z for this case please.
Secondly what do i have to send to her from here so she will take them to gerrys office to submit.

And everything else, your experience and procedure about it because it is exactly same case as yours about your mother was.
I am not using any solicitor for it so thats why taking all the helps from everywhere.

i tell you how i applied -

first and most important you or either your wife are sending remmitance in her account to show her your dependent

rest i added normal documents proof of address of UK.

council tax.
water
tv licence
tendency agrement
bank statement showing remittance going
remmitance slips
mother bank statemnet where she is getting money
saving statement - showing i can have enough money in account - thats optional bythe way
TB test certificate - u must need it as anyone need it who is travelling outside for more than 6 months
and some pictures of my mother and my wife together
birth certitficate of mine showing my relationship with mother
passport of wife and mine copy
even i added sons passports also copy
residence card copy

she got the result in under 15 days ! and they will scan all the documents and return her -

also i added payslips of mine P60 for last 6 months for me and my wife

Hi arshad just wanted to confirm few things
1. Passport copies of sponsor should be certified?
2. While submitting documents VFS only takes the documents they need to scan or they will scan the whole file provided? I have included few letters in support of case so just wondering if they are just the waste and VFS will only take documents of their own choice?

PHOTOCOPIES ARE FINE DONT NEED TO GIVE UR PASSPORT JUST APPLICANT PASSPORT YOU NEED TO GIVE,

YOU CAN GIVE WHATEVER DOCUMENTS YOU LIKE IF YOU THINK IT SUITS UR APPLICATION BUT THEY WILL RETURN YOU AFTER SCANNING AND MIND IT DONT STEPPLE THE PAGES A4 SIZE DOCUMENTS WOULD BE IDEAL FOR THEM TO SCAN

i provided 6 months more is better, rest if depend on ur paper work

Hi. Have you seen the new Family Permit under EU Settlement Scheme? Dependent parents don't need to prove dependency anymore! (only dependent children over 21)
But of course the EEA national has to get a settled or pre settled status first.

My wife is EEU national and acquired Permanent Residance sometime 5 years ago. Does she still need to apply for her settlement status. Please note we need to apply for EEA SETTLEMENT STATUS Family permit for my mother so just wondering if she has to apply for settlement first before we apply for FP? Please kindly advice.
