Original Documents to be sent to Sheffield?

Dear Members,

I am currently in the process of applying for a UK spouse Visa for myself. My wife is in the UK. I have completed the online application and paid the IHS and Visa Fee. I have also booked my biometric appointment at VFS Hyderabad. Now I wish to make the payment for PRIORITY service. I registered at the VFS UKVI India commercial partner page. I am facing some problems with the following:

1. How do I enter my GWF number? VFS hows only some random reference number which starts with ‘F’.
2. By mistake I saved an appointment time slot at VFS page. Now Its not allowing me to proceed further to payment or select new time slot.

I request all the forum members to please help me out with this. I have the biometric appointment for 25th Feb 2019.

Can I pay the PRIORITY fee at VFS Hyderabad via Cash or Card directly when I go for my Biometric?

Yes, you can pay the priority fee in cash at the vfs center before u enrol you biometric!! Make sure you pay for settlement-priority fee which is around Rs.57000 !!

Thanks for your response. I have already booked by biometric for coming Monday afternoon. You mean to say when I arrive there for the biometric process, I inform them at the reception that I need to apply for a PRIORITY service?

All other fee is paid online on visa4uk portal. I don't understand why the VFS portal is so confusing. Anyways, thanks a ton for your response. Appreciate it.

Hi Friends,

I have got my Masters Degree certified from UK NARIC and they have certified it to be equivalent to CEFR Level C1. Does this satisfy my English Language Requirement? I am not sure about the Levels of CEFR. UK Spouse Visa requires CEFR Level A1.

Looking for clarification.

Did you only do the English assessment, NARIC Blue route or did you do the comparable assessment as well using the UKVIC NARIC Red Route (costs £150)??

I have got 2 different letter from UK NARIC

1. First one states the CEFR Level C1- English Assesment.
2. Second says says "UK Qualification Level - Master's Degree". I guess this is the comparable assessment?

I hope this would suffice my overall requirement for UK Spouse Visa.Looking forward to your response.

1. My Marriage Certificate
2. My masters MBA degree
3. UK NARIC Letters - English Language Requirement

Do I need to send the original TB Test report or the colour photocopy will suffice?

Any other original documents to be sent, request you to please list down.

All documents must be sent original to Sheffield except British passport. Its copy should be fine.
