Hi

I received my tier 1 visa extension in July 2018 .

I apllied tier 1 visa in July 2014 and it was rejected in Aug 2014 then i sent PAP letter to home office and they refused to grant me visa and i lodged JR and after 2 months they sent me letter to withdraw JR then they will reconsider my application and i withdrawn JR and they grant me visa on December 2014 .Now i have some questions relating to this on which i am confused.

1) Can i Apply ILR in July 2019 ?

2) Can i use 2 jobs between May 2018 to May 2019 as 2 months was before extension is it acceptable?

3) For ILR do i need to do B1 again or does i qualify itself beacause i already used initially and in extension ?

4) Can i use spouse of EEA who got 5 years visa as employ to fullfil job requirement ?

Ur initial Tier1 was granted in Dec 14 right?

2) Can i use 2 jobs between May 2018 to May 2019 as 2 months was before extension is it acceptable? No, only after extension i.e after July 2018

3) For ILR do i need to do B1 again or does i qualify itself beacause i already used initially and in extension ? check if if is still on the approved list on gov website “prove your english”

4) Can i use spouse of EEA who got 5 years visa as employ to fullfil job requirement ?

read Tier 1 guidance - job creation evidence section, its mentioned there, I think you need additional documents e.g. marriage certificate etc for that

Ur initial Tier1 was granted in Dec 14 right?

As you now that this catogery requires you to spend 5 years in the visa catogery as i applied initially in july 2014 so i believe that i can qualify for ilr rest senior member correct me if i am wrong

You clock for ILR starts from the date your Tier 1 Ent was ISSUED/GRANTED in December 2014, not the date you submitted or applied for the visa.

No. The date of you apply is immaterial. The continuous residence period starts from the day the visa is granted.

Do i need to do B1 again even i do qualify for english attributs automatically as i did provide them initially not provide them any new certificate for extension ?

You can use an English test that you have used previously ONLY if it is still on the HO approved test and test provider list.

You still have to submit the evidence. There is no 'automatic' anything when applying for ILR and HO isn't going to run around digging up the information you fail to provide.
