EEA Residence+joint petition to European Parliament

Hello All,

For those of us who have been caught in the non compliant practices of the HO wrt the issuance of EEA residence cards within the 6 month limit (as set out in community law), this is your time to speak out for a change!

I am leading a forum regarding this matter and will be lodging a joint petition with the European Parliament, and I would like you all (as well as anyone else you know affected by this issue) to join this movement.

Can you also kindly take part in the the poll (and specify your country of origin) as I need to collate factual information for the petition. This is to strenghten the argument that it is unacceptable for the HO to hold our passports for 6+ months leaving us vulnerable with no form of ID for identification and security purposes.
