Hi All
Hope you all arr fine.

I need some advice pls as i came here as tier 4 student dependent in 2016 and due to some issues back home claim asylum in 2017 when i had my valid leave to enter till June 2019.

Now situtation is my asylum claim and all appeals refused.I made further submission based on existing threats from back home and my one year old british born son but till now i do not hear anything from HO.

I don't know how long they take to reply.

Also as i need to know my existing leave is still valid or not ?as wife visa curtailed in 2017 after asylum claim as she is dependent in my claim.

Thank you.any advice is a great help to me.

Hi Nirvair,
Thanks for reply. My asylum claim is base on mental health. Does HO consider Mental Health ground. Please all friends reply me as your experience or knowledge. Thanks

hi,

The answer is you just have to wait until they decide. There is really nothing more you could do but to wait.

@Brsr. yes I did my big interview the following week. Is 2months now and I haven’t hear anything yet. I am positive that something good will happen soon by the grace of God. My lawyer told me is not common to be told to do brp biometric enrolment before interview that hopefully is positive soon and more over my son will be 7yrs in 3month. I keep my fingers cross.

I think you will get leave to remain on the bases of children and if you your child get British citizen then 100% chance.

My story is same like you but my asylum case run for 5 years . Appeal rights exhaust in April 2017 and made further submission in August 2017 , on asylum and child 7 years old

Cheers

Claimed asylum in Ireland march 2014 come to UK 2014 October stayed a year or over a year illegal but went to give in myself to home office 2016 to then home office started then with my case I was a TCU case and I thought my case was going to be transferred since I got a British child and a British wife. My child at that time was 3 years of age now has going to 8 and as a married couple we had a second born child who is 3 years old now. All in all I thought home office was going to consider my case through TCU but it didn't I only find out 2018 that I got no case as home office send me errors on letters saying that they are going to make a decision on my in 2017 now iv claim asylum in December 2018 and in 2019 february had my PIQ answered all question and sent back now waiting on second interview. How long can people wait for a second interview. Can anyone help. I'm depressed

Hi, Second interview might be 1 week to 1 year but might be early depends on your case owner as Home Office called it hope that help answered your question .
