HI
i m new on this forum i came uk 2011 on student then switched on tier 1 visa but cant get the extension.
Jan 2018 we put new application on humantarian ground ( had some personal family reason and some security reasons as well) i am in contact with my gp as well as i have sever dipression histoty. i didnt heared anything from HO from last 10 months but yesterday i received call from solictor that caseworker called him that your clint can apply for asylum. Now my question are
1) is it normal that caseworker do give option to switch
2) what is best for me shoud i apply for assylum or shall for now i should stay on same grounds and wait for the decesion then should go on assylum( if HO refuse on human rights)
waiting for the opinion.
Thanks in advance

Hello everyone,

I clamied asylum in March. I have 2 children 7 years and 8 years both born in uk. My my asylum was refused. Now i have applied for my children British passports as they were never registered as indian. They hot their British passports on minday this week. There is also another way for single mums with 7 years children to apply for FLR(FP). You will definitely get visa 100% but you can't apply for benefits after tou get your visa.
Thnk u

What basis you submitted Further Submission? and Home office Normally send Biometric by post and you need to go to post office.

You gave Biometric in Liverpool its strange and What HO told you why they are taking ?
