Tier 1 visa UK (ILR) Salary payment

Post by Chris1990 » Fri Mar 01, 2019 11:15 am

Hi,

I need some advice. My colleague is applying for the Tier 1 visa UK indefinite Leave to Remain, by January next year. Regarding the employee salaries, for the February month salary, she will be making the payment to employees accounts by March 4th (instead of Feb 28th).
Is this going to be a problem for her visa application?

Many thanks in advance

When then money is transferred is not relevant. Her visa application date however must be after any date on the payslips

Thank you for the response. But she will have to submit the bank statements of her business account. So they will check and see that she made slightly late payments for the salaries. Will that not be an issue? Are you sure?
