Just a quick question - before tomorrow (Re: Reporting)

Post by PlsHelpMeB » Tue Feb 19, 2019 2:05 pm

Hi all,

Just a quick question,

Fresh claim: 15 May 2018

Refusal: 19 Dec 2018

Pre action letter: 14 Jan 2019

Pre action response: 31 Jan 2019 (maintained their refusal)

As I take it we are still in time for JR, 3 months to 19 March 2019.

My solicitor is rushing our ground for permission because he is saying in case we get detained at reporting centre this coming Friday. My question is what are the odds of that happening?

Many thanks

B

Hi Guys,

We did a fresh application but HO refused, we sent a pre action they maintained their decision. So logically the next step for JR as stated in the PAP.

We got a new highly skilled barrister, he’s saying the evidence we submitted wasn’t up to scratch so he is inclined in sending a new application with the proper evidence.

My Q is what happens to the time limit of the JR, will it reset based on the new application?

Many thanks

B
