FLR(M) visa grated but not Received BRP or Approval Letter

My wife received an email notification on 11th Febr 2019 that her Spouse visa is granted. We didnt received any Approval Letter or BRP as of now.

Is this something odd or do i need to contact HO.

I've never heard of an email detailing the result - just that a decision has been made. How curious?

I would wait until Monday (two weeks from the email) and try to pursue them about it. BRP should be delivered by courier separately.

Applying under the new UKCVA Priority or Super Priority service, applicants are emailed once a decision is made and many told the outcome of application is grant of visa/ILR

Seems like the service is a bit poor i nothing has been returned two weeks later though... I am surprised, why?

Still waiting for the BRP, We received an email saying there is a technical issue with producing my wife BRP. Anybody have experienced this.
