Tier 1 Entrepreneur - Franchise with a Property Management Company

i am now in UK under Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Visas, If I take a franchise with a property management company , I will be managing blocks of apartments & groups of houses & receiving property management income from the organization (will this quality for my tier 1 status? or this will be any issues on the future

The cost of the franchise is highly unlikely to be accepted as part of the investment fund expenditure, suggest you take proper legal advice on that before you invest.

The business franchise model that you intend to buy into sounds highly suspect, who sources the properties to be managed?
Is this franchise a major player and well known?

It all just sounds like a letting agency that comes with a pre made property portfolio.

Investing in a property management business is not acceptable to score points under Tier 1E. You can surely run such business but you cannot claim investment points for it
