I would like to consult with people here regarding my case. My BRP was being stolen in November 2018, I have applied for replacement and received the decision letter from Home Office dated on 10th December 2018.
As of today, I haven't yet received the BRP card (more than 50 working days). I have sent more than 10 requests through the UKVI link (https://www.gov.uk/biometric-residence- ... ot-arrived), made calls to their hotline to escalate issues, as well as writing complaint email to their office regarding the delay. However, no solid reply was given yet. The most recent feedback received today is saying that the production delay for my BRP card is due to technical issue.
I have gone through some discussions in this forum and various people suggested to ask help from MP. I have sent an email to my MP last on 21st Feb but haven't received any feedback yet.
Does anyone have similar issue and able to make any progress? What is the next step I suppose to take? I have been sending requests to UKVI webpage everyday now.
