Many thanks for your kind reply. Actually, due to my position nature, I have to travel outside the UK regularly, every 1-2 months travel once and stay outside UK 1 week each time roughly. You mentioned that there might be an interview, does it happen very often? will them give a notice through email or make an appointment, or just call me without any appointment?seagul wrote: ↑Mon Mar 04, 2019 9:36 pmIf she is going to university/college and still got 2.5 years of valid tier4 visa then why not you travel first then after returning apply spouse visa. Otherwise if you wish then can apply now if you can meet the requirements because still you can travel during the application but how about if HO want to speak or interview you along with applicant.
If your absence will be just 1 week every 2 months then I guess you can still manage such interview if HO wanted that.xaozhanglei wrote: ↑Tue Mar 05, 2019 9:54 amMany thanks for your kind reply. Many thanks seagul! Do you know when interview is required, will them write an email to arrange an interview or just give a call without any sign in advance?seagul wrote: ↑Tue Mar 05, 2019 8:22 pmIf your absence will be just 1 week every 2 months then I guess you can still manage such interview if HO wanted that.xaozhanglei wrote: ↑Tue Mar 05, 2019 9:54 amMany thanks for your kind reply. HO has different tactics so no one can exactly predict that. But as per member experiences either they randomly call the applicant & or sponsor or give them a future date to visit them for interview. Not everyone gets interviewed.xaozhanglei wrote: ↑Wed Mar 06, 2019 1:14 pmMany thanks seagul!
