Effect of IVA (and insolvency) of ILR application Tier 1 Entrepreneur 50k 5 Year Route

Hello, I have just completed 5 years under the Tier 1 Entrepreneur category and I am going to apply for my ILR. I have had smooth extensions all the time and have faced no interview before.

I meet all the points requirement as mentioned on the guidance note. However. I am concerned on a CCJ and IVA (which has also made my name registered under insolvency register) on my credit file.

My question is that does this affect my ILR application. PS I have been paying my monthly IVA payments for the last 2 years with 3 years still to go.

Also, is it a good idea to include a letter from my insolvency practitioner saying that I have been paying towards by IVA (as to show I am not building up debt but in fact working towards repayment under the IVA).
