PBS dependant visa continuity for ILR

Hi All,

I have quick question regarding my wife's PBS visa continuity for her ILR. Below are the timelines of my wife's PBS dependant visa.

First became PBS dependant (Tier 2 General dependant) in Aug13 and she was issued visa until 14/07/16.

In June 2015 she went to India for delivery of our daughter and she was in India until 10/09/16.

Now in July 2016 her visa has experied on 14/07/16 (she is in India) and I have filed her visa on 04/08/16 and got her visa on 22/08/16 (until 14/07/19) and she is back to the UK in September 16 along with our daughter.

Please could someone suggest me if she is eligible for her ilr as there is a break between her visas (she is in India).
